In this episode, we dive deeper into sharing our thoughts on how we can live our lives more from a place of love vs. fear. Through the power of better understanding the role our nervous system plays in our ability to take desired action and the way in which we are hardwired,  we can cultivate greater compassion for the challenges many of us face.

Through the lenses of Human Design and the Enneagram, we take a look into why we tend to have a difficult time moving through fear and anxiety and how we can start moving through it and into a place of love and authenticity.
